Stephanie and her staff take their job extremely serious and have been a relief to my family and me. 'Stephanie is excellent with the helping seniors suffering from dementia, Parkinson, Alzheimer, and it's related symptoms. She navigates all their concerns and actively listens to their wants and needs. She does this flawlessly, both in terms of practical skills and clinical terms. She is fair, but also has high standards. Many of the residents that she cared for progressed as it relates to their level of participation.
